Terms of service.
These draft terms describe how we intend Avenclave to be offered when there is something to install. They are not legal advice, not an enforceable agreement for a shipped product, and not an invitation to download software that does not exist yet.
Nothing to install today.
Avenclave is in active development. There is no public installer, no beta program, and no purchase. These terms will be reviewed by counsel and published in final form before a downloadable release.
Availability, not calendars.
Avenclave is intended to synchronize availability between calendars you connect, writing privacy-safe placeholders rather than copying meeting content. It is a Windows desktop application meant to run on your machine. It is not a calendar, a scheduling service, or a hosted copy of your schedule.
Accounts you control.
You would connect only calendar accounts you are allowed to use. Provider sign-in stays under that provider’s terms. You would keep the application and its local data under your control.
Status only, never calendar data.
If Avenclave later uses a licence exchange, that exchange may carry licence status and will not carry calendar data. Perpetual versus subscription licensing, and lapse behaviour, remain open product decisions and are not promised here.
Draft software, draft terms.
Until a downloadable release exists, there is no warranty, support obligation, or licence grant beyond the right to read this website. When the product ships, the published terms at that time will govern.
